This is the first version of a cool-O-Meter for liquid feedback.
The coolnes in mega fonzies is reciprocal to the percentaged aggrement with the initative.
For now coolnes is calculated as a sum, you get 2 points for supporting an initative you vote against.
If your opinion is "must" and it is fulfilled, so you support but you vote against you gain 2 points.
Same for "must not" and not fulfilled.
